Papyrus sheet, lacking the left-hand side, darkened and abraded in places, with a black stain at the bottom. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; parts of 16 lines are preserved. Upper, lower and right margins are extant, with the right being irregular. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
