The files discuss Persia's claim to sovereignty over Bahrain (IOR/R/15/1/484), Persian communities on the Arab side of the Gulf, particularly Bahrain (IOR/R/15/1/485,488,490,494), the mistreatment of Bahraini nationals in Persia (IOR/R/15/1/486), matters related to shipping and customs in the Gulf (IOR/R/15/1/489,493,495,496), alleged anti-British activities of Persians (IOR/R/15/1/491) and visits to Bahrain by Persian officials (IOR/R/15/1/496).
