Papyrus sheet, dark brown by patches, written on both sides along the fibres, the back having a one-line docket. The sheet is damaged by holes throughout, especially in the left portion of the recto. Vertical folds and a sheet-join running across the fibres at 1-7 mm from the right edge of the recto are visible. Left, upper and lower margins are extant, and no margin was left to the right. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. IV; a modern annotation was added on the back too. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
