Papyrus sheet, complete, with few insect holes, but otherwise well preserved; it bears writing on both sides. The back has the docket written along the fibres, the front contains ten complete lines running across the fibres and one line written in the left margin along the fibres. All margins are extant. Folding lines are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
