Fragmentary sheet of papyrus, damaged especially along the vertical folds and darker by patches. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The left margin measures 10 mm, the upper 5 mm, and the blank space at the bottom 60 mm; the right margin is minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
