Medium-brown papyrus roll with detached fragment, broken off to the right (front), shredded at the bottom and worm-eaten throughout; written on both sides. The front bears two columns written along the fibres and portions of a third column; on the back, there are 3 columns written across the fibres and portions of another column; one line is written in the right margin parallel to the fibres and perpendicularly to the columns. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
