Order from the scribe (grammateus) Ptolemaeus to another Ptolemaeus, director of the granary (sitologos) of Autodike to pay 45 artabas of wheat to Posidonius as a rent for a plot of land near Kerkeesis that Heraclides cultivates. Dated to June 80, 57 or 51 BC.

Papyrus sheet, complete, torn along the edges and with minor surface damage especially in the upper half; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 6 lines, complete, which occupy the upper half of the sheet. The last line is indented. The upper and lower margins are wide and measure 40 mm and 70 mm respectively. A sheet-join runs across the fibres and along the height of the sheet at c. 25-33 mm from the left edge. The modern annotation in red refers to the edition in P.Fay. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and torn at the right edge; with minor surface damage in the preserved portion. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 11 lines; the first 3 lines are mutilated and only their beginnings survive. Blank space separates lines 3 and 4. Left and lower margins are extant, the lower measuring 50-60 mm; the other margins are lost. In the lower edge a speck of ink is visible. A sheet-join running across the fibres and along the height of the sheet is visible in the right edge. The modern annotation in red refers to the edition in P.Fay. Upper papyrus (A): Square-shaped sheet, complete, only lacking the bottom left edge and with minor surface damage in the lower half. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; there are 6 lines, complete, occupying slightly more than half of the sheet. Margins are minimal with the exception of the lower one.

Lower papyrus (B): Lower portion of a small sheet, broken off at the top, torn at the bottom; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 5 complete lines and traces of another at the top. Only the side margins are extant, both being minimal; the lower margin is damaged, the upper margin is lost.

Loan of barley and vegetable seed for a period of four months, registered in the registration office of Pelusion. The borrower is Petheus, son of Patron, and the lender Acusilaus, son of Theon. Penalty applies if Petheus fails to repay the loan within the agreed time. The loan was cancelled.
