- Receipt issued by the directors of the granary (sitologoi) of Tebtynis acknowledging the payment of 6 artabas of wheat made to the account of Aurelius Cronion, son of Artemidora, through Aurelius Philosarapis, son of Lysimachus, for the tax on cleruchs. Dated to 28 October, 7 or 17 November 224.

- Long and narrow papyrus sheet, medium-brown, darker in the middle, lacking the lower right corner, abraded in places and riddled with insect-holes; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 20 lines. Margins are extant, the lower being ample; no margin was left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
