- Light-brown papyrus slip, broken off on the right-hand side, with a few holes and loss of fibres in places; written on both sides. On the front, there are 6 lines running against the fibres and lacking the ends; on the back there are two lines and a word after blank space written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
