Square-shaped papyrus sheet, with some surface damage and abrasion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 13 lines running along the fibres; margins are extant, the right and lower being minimal. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in glass frame.

There are 9 lines, complete, the last written in the lower margin and separated by blank space from the rest of the text. Upper margin is extant, lower and right margins are minimal; the left margin partly survives. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

A: Broken off to the left, with a darker patch; 9 lines written along the fibres and lacking the beginnings; upper and lower margins extant, no margin was left to the right.

B: Almost complete, but damaged by holes; 6 lines written across the fibres; margins survive, the right being imperfect.

C: Damaged at the top, left and bottom; 7 lines written along the fibres and lacking the beginnings. Parts of the upper and left margins survive; no margin was left to the right.

The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
