Papyrus roll made up of three sheets, well-preserved and almost complete, only lacking the bottom right corner and displaying some holes and minor surface damage in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front there is one wide column of 11 lines, under which there is a line, indented, and another small and narrow column of 6 lines. Margins survive. There are two sheet-joins running along the height of the roll. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Papyrus sheet, with breaks along the vertical folds and lacking the bottom left corner, but well-preserved as to the rest. Writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back having one column of three short lines in the middle of the left margin and one line in the right-hand half of the sheet. On the front there is one column of 22 lines. All margins survive. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Three fragments of varying size from a papyrus roll, mounted on cardboard in a glass frame. Additional fragments are in Heidelberg, at the Institut für Papyrologie, inventoried as P. G 1283 and P. G 1300. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The British Library fragments preserve parts of 8 lines from the top of a column, and the upper margin. The Heidelberg fragments supply additional portions of these lines, for a complete column width of 200-210 mm, and part of the first column, 55 mm wide. All fragments break off at the bottom.

Upper left papyrus (A): Papyrus strip, complete on the left, broken off on the other sides; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears the beginnings of 3 lines; the back is blank.

Second papyrus at the top (B): Medium-brown papyrus fragment, complete at the top; written on both sides. The front bears portions of 11 lines running along the fibres, the back contains parts of 11 lines written across the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front.

Third papyrus from the left (C): Medium-brown papyrus fragment, complete on the right; written on both sides. The front bears the ends of 11 lines running along the fibres; the back contains parts of 7 lines written across the fibres.

Lower left papyrus (D): Fragment of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the bottom and left, damaged at the top; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears portions of 5 lines; a sheet-join runs vertically. The back is blank.

Small fragment to the right (E): Small fragment from the same papyrus as Papyrus 641, complete at the bottom; placed upside down in the frame; written on one side across the fibres. The front bears a few letters from 3 lines, the back is blank.

Second papyrus from the bottom left (F): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete at the bottom; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears parts of 6 lines, with a small trace from another line at the top. The back is blank.

Third papyrus from the bottom left (G): Medium-brown papyrus fragment, complete at the bottom, broken off on all other sides; written on one side along the fibres; the front bears a few letters from 2 lines, and a trace from another line at the top. The back is blank.

Lower right papyrus (H): Lower right corner of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres. The front bears the ends of 5 lines; the lower margin is ample. The back is blank.

Seven fragments of varying size, bearing writing on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Not all of them belong together; they are mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Upper left fragment (A): Fragment of the upper portion of the same papyrus as the three fragments inventoried as Papyrus 687E, Papyrus 640, and a papyrus of the Sorbonne (P.Bouriant 46). Papyrus 687A preserves the top of the first column, broken off at the bottom and sides, and contains parts of four lines. The upper margin measures 40 mm.

Upper fragment in the middle (B): Papyrus fragment broken off at the top and sides, part of the same sheet as Papyrus 686F, a papyrus in the John Rylands Library inventoried as no. 67, and a papyrus in Heidelberg, inventoried as 1301. Part of seven lines and of the lower margin survive. At the left, some horizontal fibres are missing.

Upper right fragment (C): Fragment of a papyrus sheet, damaged throughout, with some of the horizontal fibres missing; parts of 4 lines are preserved, with most of the fragment being blank.

Lower left fragment (D): Fragment of a sheet, containing the lower portion of a column, with ample lower margin and part of the left margin surviving. A strip of horizontal fibres is missing. Damage is located along the vertical folds.

Three lower fragments at the right (E): Three joining fragments from the same papyrus as Papyrus 687A, Papyrus 640 and a papyrus of the Sorbonne (P.Bouriant 46). The end of the first column is preserved in Papyrus 687E, with parts of two lines and traces of one above. The lower margin measures 30 mm.

Upper right fragment (A.2): Small fragment with few letters from three lines, wanting beginnings and ends; part of the upper margin survives.

Lower fragment (B): Layer of horizontal fibres lost at the top; traces of two columns; of the first, the ends of 8 lines survive; of the second column, only scant traces from the beginnings of few lines.

Upper papyrus (A): Further fragments are Papyrus 1827 and P.Heid. inv. 1261; Broken off on all sides, with plaster residue and traces of red paint; portions of two columns; of the first column, the ends of four lines survive, of the second, the beginnings of eight lines and a small trace of ink from another line at the bottom.

Lower Papyrus (B): The fragment belongs to Papyrus 1826; broken off on all sides, with portions of five lines, and traces of another line at the top. The original column had about 40 lines.

A: Four fragments of varying size from a papyrus roll, written on one side along the fibres. On the front, each fragment preserves the middle of a column. The back bears traces of plaster of the painted decoration. Another fragment of the same roll has been published as P.Hib. I 11 and is now at the Bodleian Library in Oxford.

B: Two small fragments, broken off on all sides, written on one side along the fibres. Each fragment preserves portions of a few lines (7 and 8 lines respectively) running along the fibres. The back is blank.

Upper left-hand fragment (A): Fragment of a light-brown papyrus roll, with darker patch at the bottom, extracted from mummy cartonnage; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears portions of 20 lines lacking beginnings and ends; letters are between 2 and 4 mm high; interlinear space is 3 mm on average. The lower margin survives to 15 mm. The back is blank. Papyrus 2989 and a papyrus in Heidelberg (inventoried as G 434), may belong to the same roll.

Upper right-hand fragment (B): Light-brown papyrus fragment, broken off on all sides, with portions of 14 lines written along the fibres. The back is blank.

Fragments at the bottom: varying size, with a few letters on one side along the fibres, or covered with plaster and illegible. Back blank.
