Dark-brown papyrus sheet, broken off to the left, with holes and surface damage throughout; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There is one wide column of 27 lines in Greek, all lacking the beginnings, and an additional line in Demotic at the end, complete. Upper and lower margins are preserved; no margin was left at the right; the left margin is lost. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
