Dark-brown papyrus sheet, broken off to the left (front) and with surface damage throughout, especially along the vertical folds; written on both sides. On the front, there are the ends of 24 lines written along the fibres, badly abraded in places; upper, right and lower margins survive. The back was reused and bears 16 lines written across the fibres and abraded in places; margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
