Fragments from the left half of a papyrus sheet, broken off to the right; with insect holes and breaks along the horizontal folds. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back bears two lines, one in Demotic and one in Greek. On the front there is one column of 26 lines, which lack the right half, with the exception of line 24; the last line is indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. Upper, left and lower margins survive. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
