Papyrus lacking the lower part of its left margin, but fully preserved as to the rest; vertical folds are visible. The upper margin measures 20 mm, the lower survives to 41 mm, the left is approximately 23 mm and the right 10 mm. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank; mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
