- Right-hand portion of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, the left-hand half of which is a papyrus now in Florence, published as PSI V 505; slightly damaged along the folds; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 7 lines running across the fibres, with lines 1-6 lacking the beginnings, which are preserved on the fragment in Florence; upper, right and lower margins are extant. A sheet-join runs horizontally at c. 40 mm from the upper edge. On the back, there are faded traces of two lines running along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
