Left-hand portion of a light-brown papyrus sheet, the right-hand portion of which is at the John Rylands Library in Manchester, inventoried as Gr. 565; the front bears the beginnings of 8 lines written across the fibres, with generous upper, left and lower margins; a sheet-join runs at 22-23 mm from the top. 4 lines running along the fibres are visible on the back, apparently offsets. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
