- Four fragments of a medium-brown papyrus sheet, bearing writing on one side along the fibres; the back is blank. There survive 35 lines, almost complete on the right, but lacking the beginnings, with c. 30 letters missing. Parts of the upper, right and lower fragments survive. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
