- Satyrus, son of Satyrus, of Soknopaiou Nesos, undertakes to hire Cosmus, chief flute-player, and some musicians and performers for a period of six days. Cosmus will be paid 40 drachmas per day; four donkeys for the commute will also be supplied. With dating clause at the end.

Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete but with some surface damage, especially in the left half; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of 21 lines, which occupy slightly more than half of the sheet; margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 83 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
