Papyrus sheet, complete, with few insect holes along the folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of 46 lines; lines 37-46 are indented. There is little surface damage occasionally. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 135 mm. No margin was left to the right. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
