Slip of papyrus, with some loss of fibres on the back, written on both sides, across the fibres on the front and along them on the back. The front bears 4 lines, complete; margins are minimal, with the exception of the lower margin, which measures c. 30 mm. The back bears two lines, one written the other way up. The papyrus is mounted in a glass case.
