- Ioannes acknowldeges to have received from five village headmen (protokometai) of the village of Aphrodito a document concerning a sum of money, which he will return once the outstanding sum will be paid to him. With subscription of the notary Pilatus, son of Apollos, who is the witness.

- Papyrus sheet, lacking part of its left-hand half and damaged on the right too; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There are 13 lines, some of which are mutilated. Upper and lower margins survive to c.10 mm. Left and right margins are damaged. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
