Papyrus slip, cut from a roll of exceptional height; complete but with severe surface damage in the central portion; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 11 lines, the last of which is written on the right-hand side. Margins are extant. Horizontal folds are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Left fragment (A): Light-brown papyrus fragment; broken off at the bottom and right; with the beginnings of 2 lines running across the fibres, upper and left margins on the front; the back bears 2 lines written along the fibres upside down in relation to the text on the front. Another portion of the same papyrus is in Cairo, Egyptian Museum, inventoried as CG 59156.

Right fragment (B): Light-brown; portions of 2 lines running across the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends; with upper margin measuring 30 mm. The back is blank.

On the front, there are 10 lines running across the fibres, the last line being indented; all margins are extant. The text on the back was written along the fibres in the lower left-hand corner, upside down in relation to the text on the front. It consists of one column of 4 lines and, next to it, another word. Upper papyrus (A): Light-brown papyrus fragment, broken off on the right and damaged along the left edge; written on both sides. On the front, there remain the beginnings of 4 lines running across the fibres; upper and lower margins are generous. On the back, there are 2 lines written along the fibres upside down in relation to the text on the front and, after some blank space, the beginning of a word.

Second papyrus (B): Bottom left corner of a medium-brown papyrus sheet; with writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there survive the beginnings of 3 lines running across the fibres, with lower and left margins.

Lower papyrus (C): Medium brown papyrus fragment, written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there is one line and traces of another line, running across the fibres.
