Papyrus slip, cut from a roll of exceptional height; complete but with severe surface damage in the central portion; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 11 lines, the last of which is written on the right-hand side. Margins are extant. Horizontal folds are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
