Papyrus sheet reused as mummy cartonnage, dark-brown in the upper and lower portions, and with plaster residue and surface damage in places; lacking the upper left corner and the lower right corner. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. One column of 35 lines remains, with line 33 being fully lost. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
