Papyrus sheet, almost complete, only torn at the top right edge; with writing on both sides, along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front contains one column of 21 lines. The lower margin hosts three additional lines in a different hand, the last line being separated by some blank space from the other two. The text is occasionally rubbed. All margins are extant, with no margin to the right. The second hand of the front also wrote three lines on the back of the sheet: one line runs along the upper edge, and two lines are written the other way up at the bottom. There are modern annotations on both sides, with the number in red referring to the publication in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
