- Fourteen fragments (labelled A-O) of varying size from a papyrus roll, additional portions of which are Papyrus 689A and a fragment in Heidelberg, inventoried as 1261. The fragments were extracted from mummy cartonnage and display plaster residue; they are written on one side along the fibres, and their back is blank. They are all broken on all sides, and most of them preserve a few letters from a few lines, with fragment D bearing portions of two columns. Mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
