- Right-hand portion of a papyrus, broken off at the top too, with a detached fragment; the left-hand portion of the papyrus is now in St Petersburg, published as P.Ross.Georg. IV 3; originally written on both sides, but the text on the back is lost, and survives only in P.Ross.Georg. IV 3. The front bears portions of 16 lines; the detached fragment preserves few letters from one line. Lines are fairly spaced; the lower margin survives, and no blank space was left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Medium-brown papyrus with detached fragment, lighter in colour, found separately; lacking the right-hand side; overall well preserved; with writing on both sides. The front bears 15 lines running against the fibres; the detached fragment at the top contains two lines; few letters are lost at the end. Lines are fairly spaced. On the back, there is one line running along the fibres written on the detached fragment the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

The front bears 24 lines, the first of which is fragmentary. Left and lower margins survive, while no free space was left on the right. Two sheet-joins running horizontally are visible.
