- One medium-brown papyrus sheet, originally in two fragments, lacking part of the right-hand edge; damaged along the central horizontal fold and the first vertical fold; written on both sides. On the front, there are 31 lines written across the fibres, with blank space to separate line 17 from line 18; all margins survive; the lower margin is minimal and the right margin is damaged. On the back, there are two lines written across the fibres, with the seal pattern. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with an opening to show the text on the back.
