Papyrus sheet, almost complete, but damaged by holes in the upper and lower portions; the holes located at the top affect the writing. The text runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 18 lines, the first of which are slightly mutilated; the upper margin is extant, side margins are partly preserved; the blank space at the bottom measures 80 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
