Papyrus sheet, lacking part of the left-hand side, with surface damage and insect holes in places; the writing is on one side, and the back is blank; the front bears one wide column, with the lines lacking the beginnings. The upper margin, originally measuring 70 mm, was used to host additional lines in another hand. The lower margin measures 50 mm; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
