A papyrus sheet, light and brown by patches. Damaged in the top left corner and broken off at the bottom, but complete on either side. Ink is faded in places, especially in the first lines. Writing is along the fibres on the front, with the exception of one line, written across the fibres from top to bottom of the left margin; on the back there are portions of four Greek lines and, after some blank space, two Coptic lines written along the fibres. The last line, written the reverse way up, is in Greek. Mounted in a glass case.
