- Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off to the right and left, with minor surface damage and holes in places; written on both sides. On the front, there are portions of 4 lines running across the fibres; upper, and lower margins survive. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
