- Census declaration addressed to the scribes (amphodogrammateis) of a quarter of Hermopolis. The declarant is Aurelius Herminus alias Morus, son of Hermaeus alias Pathotes, resident in another quarter. Herminus registers himself, aged 49, and his brother Theognostus, aged 36.

Papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved, slightly torn at the edges; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 16 lines; lines 8 and 11 are indented; all margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
