Papyrus sheet of lighter colour in the upper part, torn at the top (front) but otherwise well preserved; writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back bearing two lines. On the front there is one column of 20 lines, the first of which is mutilated. Lines 17-19 are written in the right margin, and line 20 almost in the middle of the sheet, after some blank space. Left and lower margins are extant; the right margin is minimal and the upper margin is damaged. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
