Six small papyrus sheets, written on one side, the back being blank; housed in the same glass frame.
Upper left papyrus (A): With surface damage; 6 lines running along the fibres; margins minimal with the exception of the lower; with original clay seal at the bottom.
Second papyrus from left (B): With surface damage; 6 lines running along the fibres; margins minimal with the exception of the lower; with original clay seal at the bottom.
Upper right papyrus (C): Imperfect on the right and with surface damage; 8 lines running along the fibres and lacking the ends; upper, lower and left margins are extant.
Lower left papyrus (D): Riddled with holes and abraded; 9 lines running along the fibres; margins are extant and minimal.
Second papyrus from left (E): Complete but badly abraded; 7 lines running along the fibres; margins are extant.
Lower left papyrus (F): Complete, with surface damage in places; 7 lines running along the fibres; margins minimal with the exception of the lower.
