On the front, there are 9 lines running across the fibres, with lines 1-8 being imperfect at the end; upper, lower and left margins are extant. A sheet-join runs horizontally along the lower edge. On the back, there are two words written along the fibres, upside down in relation to the text on the front, one in the left-hand edge and one in the middle. Horizontal folds are still visible. Fragments of the original seal survive. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Portion of a medium-brown papyrus roll with two detached scraps, additional fragments of which are now at Columbia University, New York, inventoried as P. 5, and at the Istituto Papirologico ‘G. Vitelli’, Florence, under the inventory 3038. The writing is on both sides. On the front, there are two columns written along the fibres, broken off at the top; lower and right margins are extant; one line is written in the right margin, being the endorsement of the text on the back. Two sheet-joins are visible. The Columbia portion preserves another column which precedes those of the BL papyrus and the beginnings of lines 16-25 of the first column of the BL portion. The portion in Florence is still unpublished. On the back, there are several columns in Demotic, written against the fibres upside down in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Seven leaves (three bifolia, one folio) of a papyrus codex (Codex V of the Tura papyri), housed in four glass frames, named Papyrus 2921(A), Papyrus 2921(B), Papyrus 2921(C), and Papyrus 2921(D). The original codex was made of at least 22 quires, each comprising four or five bifolia, having a total of more than 170 leaves; each page has one column of 29-34 lines. Further leaves from this codex are held by the Papyrussammlung of the Institut für Altertumskunde of the University of Cologne, the Bibliotheca Bodmeriana (Genève), the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, and the Brigham Young University. The codex is a palimpsest, and traces of the under-text are visible in places.
